Mr. Andrews is admitted to practice law in New York, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association, where he is also a member of the Matrimonial and Technology committees.

Additionally, Mr. Andrews is a member of the Academy of Family Mediators.

Mr. Andrews has been the attorney in several noteworthy cases. Brooks v. Brooks, 55 A.D.3d 520 (2nd Dept. 2008) involved the amount and duration of maintenance (lifetime) and the division of pension assets. DeSouza-Brown v. Brown, 38 A.D.3d888 (2nd Dept. 2006) involved separate property, the division of retirement assets, and imputing income to a spouse.
